Terms & Conditions

1. Laundry deliveries will be made in 72 Hours. (Holidays Exempted).
2. The Wet Cleaning garments will be delivered in 120 Hours. (Holidays Exempted).
3. For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders value should be of Rs. 300/- or above within the range of 5 km.
4. Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery timelines.
5. Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
6. We are not responsible for colour fastness/shrinkage/damage to embellishments/embroidery work on the garments during process.
7. Every effort is made to remove stains, but Fabric Touch will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
8. In the event of process damage/colour bleeding/shrinkage etc, we shall compensate 10 times of the washing cost of that particular garment.
9. All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
10. Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
11. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
12. The tariff of garments will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.
13. We are digitally active on all the social media platforms.
14. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Hyderabad only.
15. We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
16. Our prices may vary from store to store.
