Pickup and delivery timings are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or operational issues.
Customers must inform us of any delicate fabrics or special care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused due to pre-existing issues in garments.
In case of loss or damage, compensation (if applicable) will be limited to a reasonable value based on the garment condition and service type.
While we take utmost care, stain removal is not guaranteed for all fabrics.
We are not responsible for shrinkage or color bleeding caused due to fabric nature.
All services must be paid for as per the pricing mentioned at the time of order.
Orders can be canceled before processing. Once processing starts, cancellation may not be allowed.
Clothes not collected within a reasonable time may be subject to storage or disposal policies.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
